Data Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Consultant to help organisations turn data into actionable insights. You will work on cutting‑edge analytics projects, partner with technical teams and guide clients toward measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and design data‑driven solutions that align with strategic goals.
• Define performance metrics, set desired outcomes and track progress to ensure measurable success.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and implement scalable data strategies, including data lakes, analytics systems and reporting tools.
• Lead consulting engagements, support presales activities and showcase analytics expertise to clients.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog to keep initiatives aligned with customer requirements.
• Assess data quality and availability, recommending improvements to governance and processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest data‑analytics trends and integrate relevant innovations.
• Assist with data integration, processing and preparation to deliver clean, reliable data for decision‑making.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data software engineering.
• At least 1 year in a consulting role such as Data Analytics Consultant or Data Product Manager.
• Proven leadership experience and involvement in at least two full project life cycles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
