EHS Manager

About the role

CSI is looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives on a large‑scale data‑center construction project in Santiago, Chile. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on maintaining safe and compliant operations in a mission‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS strategies for the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with local EHS construction regulations.
• Conduct incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training, including OSHA 30‑Hour and other required programs.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams to support project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of construction safety management experience.
• At least 5 years on mission‑critical projects of similar budget scale.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Industry training or local equivalent.
• Management and incident‑investigation training.
• Familiarity with Chilean EHS construction regulations.
• Fluent English.
