FP&A Junior Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Howard Financial is seeking a motivated FP&A Junior Analyst to support its financial planning and analysis team. This full‑time, remote position offers the chance to work with cross‑functional teams, develop financial models, and contribute to data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain forecasting and budgeting models.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and validate financial data.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag potential risks or opportunities.
• Support ad‑hoc FP&A projects and stay current on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
