Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level full‑stack software engineer to own end‑to‑end features on our cross‑border payments platform. You will design APIs, build front‑end experiences, develop backend services, and ensure production reliability while leveraging AI‑assisted coding tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features that move money and manage multi‑currency balances across onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement and related services.
• Deliver customer‑facing functionality from UI implementation to backend integration.
• Own services in production, handling reliability, observability, on‑call duties and incident response.
• Collaborate with product, design and compliance teams from problem definition through launch.
• Use agentic coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) daily for prototyping, refactoring, testing and documentation.
• Help modernize legacy components by migrating them to the new stack alongside architects and team leads.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience building production web applications end‑to‑end.
• Strong front‑end skills with Vue.js, React or equivalent frameworks.
• Proficient backend development in C#/.NET (or Java, Kotlin, Go).
• Solid SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
• Daily use of AI‑assisted coding tools.
• Hands‑on experience deploying on AWS using services such as SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS and Lambda.
• Strong computer‑science fundamentals and pragmatic system design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering, product and design.
