Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join Huawei Technologies. The role will partner with business leaders to drive organizational development, talent management and people strategy in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner, advising leaders on growth, people management and organizational initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development and day‑to‑day HR matters.
• Collaborate with managers to identify workforce needs and implement HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, talent retention, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness programs.
• Work closely with regional and cross‑functional teams on HR programs, digital learning platforms and people development initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external HR vendors and service providers.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local labour regulations.
• Contribute to building a positive, high‑performance, people‑centered culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Organizational Development or Learning & Development professional.
• Background in telecommunications, technology or a fast‑moving multinational environment is highly valued.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with ability to balance operational and organizational priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
