Human Resources Intern (6‑month, hybrid)

About the role

The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) is offering a six‑month Human Resources internship in Santiago, Chile. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while supporting the HR Section’s recruitment, staff administration and development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and administration of ECLAC’s Internship Programme and other recruitment processes.
• Maintain communication channels, outreach databases and recruitment‑related documentation.
• Prepare and update employer‑branding materials, periodic reports and presentations.
• Collect and perform basic analysis of recruitment data and support workshops or seminars.
• Support onboarding and separation activities, including updating the Welcome Guide and handling HR communications.
• Assist with HR surveys, preparation of memos, contracts and other official documents.
• Help organise training materials, track attendance records and compile training statistics.
• Provide administrative support to staff‑development projects as needed.
