QA Tester – Manual & Automated Testing

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA Tester to ensure our software applications meet functional, usability, performance and quality standards before release. The role involves both manual and automated testing, close collaboration with development teams and thorough documentation of defects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality.
• Review requirements, specifications and user stories to design test scenarios.
• Create, maintain and update test cases, scripts and testing documentation.
• Identify, document, reproduce and track software bugs using bug‑tracking tools.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability and exploratory testing.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Participate in cross‑browser, cross‑platform and device testing when required.
• Communicate testing status, risks and quality concerns to relevant parties.

Required profile

• Previous experience in QA or software testing.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with bug‑tracking and test‑management tools such as Jira, TestRail or Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, SQL and web technologies.
• Experience creating and executing manual test cases.
• Understanding of regression, functional, integration and exploratory testing.
