About the role
deugro is seeking a proactive Sales and Business Development Representative to join its team in Vitacura, Chile. You will help expand the company’s footprint in the logistics and project freight forwarding market by identifying new business opportunities and supporting existing client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new accounts that match deugro’s customer profile.
- Execute cold‑outreach campaigns via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Support customer inquiries, system assistance and tender responses.
- Liaise between the global sales organisation and local execution teams to translate awards into operational services.
- Maintain data integrity within the Oil & Gas SCM system.
- Lead and coordinate sales activities for key accounts, developers, project owners and OEMs.
- Develop and present sales strategies, pricing proposals and tender documentation.
- Manage the opportunity pipeline to achieve agreed targets.
- Report market trends, competitor activity and ensure compliance with TSA, DOT and customs regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding or related industries.
- Strong communication skills to interact with developers, project owners, OEMs and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
- Understanding of tender processes and pricing coordination.
Required skills
- LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
- Familiarity with SCM (Supply Chain Management) systems, especially in the Oil & Gas sector.
