Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join the Engineering Platform Team of a leading global automotive services company. You will own the design and automation of developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and security enablement, driving productivity and AI‑assisted engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise workflows.
• Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and release automation for faster delivery.
• Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives, security compliance, and operational excellence.
• Apply AI development standards with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, including prompt engineering.
• Support peers through design discussions, code reviews, and production incident response.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master on sprint planning and delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software or platform engineering experience.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive tasks to completion independently.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Hands‑on experience with incident response tools such as PagerDuty.
