Solution Architect

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design of technology solutions that support medical affairs and drive digital transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders to create scalable, compliant, and future‑ready architectures, leveraging modern low‑code and no‑code platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural review and direction for medical affairs solutions, focusing on low‑code/no‑code platforms.
• Consult on multi‑channel orchestration across CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, web, and webinar platforms.
• Assess and recommend best practices for consent management of medical data and communications.
• Review and guide the architecture of data platforms, reporting tools, and NLP services.
• Offer integration and architectural strategies for Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct external SaaS architecture assessments to ensure compliance, scalability, and industry alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture or a comparable role.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or architect capacity, managing a team of 5+.
• Participation in 5+ end‑to‑end projects across various development phases.
• Strong English communication (C1 level or higher) with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Domain knowledge in medical affairs, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus.
