Tech Lead (Salesforce CRM)

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to own the end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions for our clients. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, ensuring high‑quality, scalable implementations that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the “how” of Salesforce builds, including data model, automation (Flows, Apex), UI (LWC, screen flows), permission sets, record types, and packaging from design through deployment.
• Serve as platform‑level design authority, governing schema changes, sharing/visibility, and process design.
• Enforce production‑grade standards: Apex test coverage, field‑level security, governor‑limit awareness, and metadata‑driven deployments using SFDX/SF CLI.
• Define and protect API/data contracts between Salesforce and backend services, coordinating integration layers while maintaining backward compatibility.
• Proactively identify dependencies, scope creep, and technical debt, proposing solutions to keep delivery on track.
• Translate platform constraints into clear language for non‑technical stakeholders and keep engineering, product, and design teams aligned.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce engineers through code reviews, coaching, and hands‑on support, fostering a high‑accountability culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level Salesforce technical leadership with a track record of delivering complex Sales/Service Cloud projects.
• Ability to turn vague business goals into stable, production‑ready org configurations and code.
• Hands‑on expertise with Apex, triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce data model.
• Experience with packaging, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines for metadata deployment.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and API contracts.
