Finance and Accounting Manager

About the role

Trivium Group is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to bring clarity, insight, and financial rigor to its fast‑scaling, service‑based business. This senior‑level finance professional will own analysis, reporting, controls and partner closely with leadership to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Track customer invoices, follow up on collections (including retainer/DSP ad spend) and resolve disputes.
• Update ChargeOver with new payments, perform daily audits, recharge clients manually and monitor Stripe and Mercury accounts.
• Verify and process payroll, contractor payments, and sales/affiliate commissions.
• Execute month‑end close, reconcile bank accounts and ledgers, investigate mismatched transactions and maintain expense audit sheets.
• Maintain accounting systems (QuickBooks, Oracle, ChargeOver) and keep ClickUp onboarding/offboarding boards up to date.
• Monitor daily activity on payment platforms Stripe and Mercury.
• Manage subscription billing data and manual recharges in ChargeOver.
• Respond to client Slack/email inquiries, attend onboarding meetings and handle new subscriptions and quotes.
• Build cash‑flow forecasts, perform Budget vs. Actual analysis, provide daily DSP ad‑spend updates and create financial dashboards.
• Implement internal controls, resolve backlogs, create sustainable processes and submit internal requests.

Required profile

• High‑level finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
• Leadership mindset, confident, able to operate independently.
• Experience in overseeing financial analysis, reporting and controls.
• Willingness to grow into a more senior finance leadership role.
