IT Support Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join BairesDev’s internal Help Desk team. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering prompt technical assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email, phone, and Jira tickets.
• Troubleshoot computer issues across Windows 10, macOS, and Android devices.
• Manage hardware procurement and general office equipment maintenance.
• Administer building security cards.
• Support networking-related queries and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
