Construction Manager – WSA Projects

About the role

The WSA Construction Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across the WSA area (Peru, Chile, Ecuador, and Bolivia). This position ensures that depots, warehouses, relocations, start‑ups, temporary operations and decommissioning activities are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction aspects of investment projects, including design, permitting, and approval processes.
• Coordinate with external teams, landlords, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and maintain detailed scope, schedules, budgets, risk logs and execution trackers.
• Oversee construction quality, safety, stakeholder alignment and operational readiness.
• Support contracting, procurement and compliance with company policies.
• Establish construction governance, meeting cadence, communication structure and escalation paths.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, change orders and financial reporting.
• Identify scope gaps, evaluate vendors, and propose design improvements to reduce CAPEX.
• Proactively manage risks related to permitting, utilities, sequencing, budget and safety.

Required profile

• Strong background in construction project management for greenfield and brownfield logistics infrastructure.
• Experience with depot and warehouse construction fundamentals.
• Knowledge of fire and life‑safety systems and building code compliance.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
