Finance Enterprise Partner – Commercial Finance

About the role

The Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) joins Roche Diagnostics Chile’s Commercial Finance team to act as a strategic co‑pilot for Sales and Marketing. Reporting to the FEP Lead, you will help shape commercial decisions, improve profitability and allocate resources for sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models and profitability strategies in close partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Provide strategic advice on resource allocation and evaluate financial impacts of business initiatives.
• Lead P&L improvement projects, identifying upselling, efficiency gains, risk mitigation and process enhancements.
• Monitor customer contract performance throughout the lifecycle with a focus on outcomes and profitability.
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage digital/AI tools for faster, more accurate financial insights.
• Maintain accurate pricing and contract master data in SAP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, Pricing Specialist or FP&A professional.
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to link financial data to commercial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex numbers into clear insights.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
