Head of Operations – Strategic Leader in Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a strategic leader to head the operations of one of our most important client portfolios. The role combines financial oversight, workforce management and B2B partnership to drive operational excellence across our logistics and fulfillment ecosystem in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for the assigned operations, ensuring profitability and cost‑efficiency.
• Define and execute performance strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead field and operational teams, setting targets, monitoring productivity and fostering high performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong B2B relationships.
• Continuously monitor core KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational leadership and strategic business management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions under pressure.
• Solid financial acumen for managing P&L and optimizing processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and client‑facing skills.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, retail or eCommerce is highly desirable.
