Junior Analyst – Macro & Market Research

About the role

XTB is seeking a Junior Analyst to support the production of macro and market analysis across fixed income, gold, oil, U.S. equities, and emerging markets/LatAm. You will work closely with the team lead to turn daily market developments into clear, audience‑focused content for webinars, reports, and client materials.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily news and macro events, extracting relevant insights for fixed income, commodities, equities and emerging markets.
• Translate market analysis into various formats such as webinars, news pieces, institutional reports and client‑facing materials.
• Prepare simple local market analysis documents and assist with data organization.
• Collect, clean and structure macro and market data to support research and reporting.
• Create high‑quality content including articles, reports, videos, newsletters and digital assets.
• Support portfolio performance tracking, asset allocation reviews, risk assessment and benchmarking.
• Deliver in‑person seminars on international financial topics and potentially present abroad.
• Collaborate with internal teams to aid content distribution and promotional strategies.
• Use statistical tools such as R and Python for research, visualization and content development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong motivation to build a career in the financial sector, particularly in market analysis.
• Ability to quickly and accurately translate market developments into clear, well‑structured content.
