Lead Network Security Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Network Security Consultant to design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructures that align with our business and IT strategies. You will guide a team of engineers, enforce zero‑trust principles, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy secure network solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies.
• Implement ZTNA‑aligned policies using discovery‑driven access analysis.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and support audit activities.
• Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans.
• Provide troubleshooting for routing, switching, VLANs, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation.
• Follow enterprise governance, ITSM, and CMDB procedures for documentation.
• Monitor and respond to alerts via SIEM tools, handling incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enforce IAM and NAC policies.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of network security experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading development or security teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English (B2+).

Required skills

• Enterprise firewalls: Cisco ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto Networks.
• Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) administration.
• Intrusion detection/prevention systems and SIEM platforms.
• Network protocols: TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, subnetting, LAN/WAN.
• Encryption technologies, VPN, NAT, and network segmentation.
• Log analysis, traffic flow discovery, and incident response.
