Marketing Director – Luxury Antarctic Travel

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead global demand generation and direct‑to‑consumer revenue growth for Antarctica21, the world’s leading Antarctic air‑cruise operator. The role balances B2C growth with the needs of our B2B partner network, corporate affairs and sustainability narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute paid‑media, SEO, SEM, email and AI‑driven search campaigns targeting HNWI and UHNWI travellers.
• Own the direct‑channel revenue target, managing the full funnel from acquisition to lifetime value and ambassador programmes.
• Oversee the HubSpot ecosystem and guide the migration to a new booking platform.
• Shape brand and sustainability messaging used by B2B partners and corporate affairs.
• Lead a Marketing Manager, a B2C Sales Manager and cross‑regional content and travel consultant teams.
• Allocate and optimise the consolidated annual marketing and direct‑sales budget.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of performance‑marketing or demand‑generation experience with direct revenue accountability.
• Background in luxury travel, premium hospitality or high‑end lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to grow a B2C channel without compromising partner relationships.
