Marketing Lead – LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Lead for the LATAM region to shape and execute our regional marketing strategy. Based in Santiago, you will drive campaigns, events, and digital initiatives that directly influence pipeline growth and customer engagement across Spanish‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement regional marketing programs that generate measurable revenue and pipeline.
• Collaborate with global Marketing and regional Sales leaders to align brand messaging.
• Manage digital campaigns, events, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Track performance, ROI, and commercial outcomes of all activities.
• Develop and oversee marketing budgets linked to business targets.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience across multiple channels and markets.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to measure performance and ROI.
• Proven stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
