Product Management Manager – Tax & Accounting Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead product strategy and execution for tax, accounting and business software solutions in Chile. The role combines customer‑centric product leadership with the drive to modernise legacy offerings through cloud migration, agile practices and AI‑enabled innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the product management function for assigned products and initiatives.
• Coach and manage product team members, providing direction and support.
• Define and evolve product strategy focused on customer needs, value proposition and business impact.
• Partner with technology, commercial and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align execution.
• Influence cross‑functional partners to drive decisions and outcomes collaboratively.
• Identify opportunities to modernise products, including migration from on‑premise to cloud environments.
• Contribute to MVPs, proofs of concept and fast‑win initiatives that generate measurable impact.
• Apply agile methodologies and frameworks to support product development and delivery.
• Act as a key liaison between product and technology teams, contributing to product innovation.
• Support evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including practical AI use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven product management experience with people‑leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset linking product decisions to user needs.
• Experience with agile product development frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
