Regional Vice President of Sales, Data Foundation (Southern Cone & Andean Region)

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for its Data Foundation business to drive growth across Chile, Peru and Argentina. You will lead a high‑performing team of Account Executives, shape the go‑to‑market strategy and build lasting relationships with enterprise customers in the integration and data‑management space.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Account Executives in Chile, Peru and Argentina through recruiting, onboarding and ongoing mentorship to generate pipeline and close opportunities.
• Own the regional go‑to‑market plan, including revenue forecasting, sales activity reporting and identifying skill gaps.
• Partner with C‑level customers and internal stakeholders to craft compelling value propositions and close strategic deals across the Southern Cone and Andean markets.
• Represent Data Foundation at local and corporate events, strengthening brand presence and partner relationships within the MuleSoft and Informatica ecosystems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise software or IT sales teams.
• Proven track record of prospecting, opening new accounts and growing existing ones through a consultative approach.
• Experience building and maintaining C‑suite relationships and developing strategic account plans.
• Strong understanding of the integration software landscape and its competitive dynamics.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
