Sales Representative – Digital Education (Chile & South LatAm)

About the role

Join McGraw Hill as a Sales Representative focused on digital education solutions for the medical and professional sectors across Chile and South Latin America. You will be the primary driver of revenue growth, building relationships with universities, medical schools, and other academic institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for digital products in Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina.
• Manage the regional sales budget and achieve revenue targets for MH Professional solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including university departments and medical faculties.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and procurement regulations to inform sales tactics.
• Present product offerings to academic decision‑makers and evaluate fit for their curricula.
• Participate in structured sales training and receive guidance from a direct manager.

Required profile

• Background in medicine, nursing, pharmaceutical chemistry, or related fields.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 0–3 years of professional experience; junior‑level role.
• Experience engaging with universities or academic institutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital education or EdTech platforms.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and manage travel‑intensive schedules.
