Senior Project Manager – Managed Services

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will champion Project Management and Agile best‑practices for our Managed Services squads. You will act as a Scrum Master, oversee budgets and timelines, and ensure client expectations are met while collaborating with teams across Latin America and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Track capacity and resource allocation across squads, maintaining up‑to‑date views of availability, utilisation and workload balance.
• Monitor hours consumption against retainer allocations, flagging discrepancies, overruns or under‑utilisation.
• Identify delivery risks such as timeline slippage, bottlenecks, scope creep or dependency blockers and coordinate mitigation plans with squad and tech leads.
• Manage squad‑level delivery processes: maintain backlogs, track sprint progress, coordinate ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, demos) and enforce delivery cadences.
• Partner with the London‑based Senior PM to align client commitments with internal execution capacity.
• Support the Director of Managed Services with operational reporting, utilisation metrics and portfolio status updates.
• Maintain documentation hygiene in tools like Jira, Notion and Tempo, ensuring data reliability and accessibility.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, templates and tooling as the practice scales.

Required profile

• Strong champion of Project Management and Agile methodologies, flexible enough to adapt processes to team and client needs.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats, including Scrum Master, consultant and problem‑solver.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and client expectations in fast‑paced environments.
• Solution‑driven, big‑picture thinker who can dive into details and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Accountable for team performance, delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
