Senior QA Engineer – Platform & ERP Integrations

About the role

We are looking for a senior QA Engineer to own end‑to‑end quality for our ERP integration platform. You will design test automation, drive release gating and ensure production observability for cross‑border payment flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain contract tests and integration harnesses for ERP systems (Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, Xero) and banking partner APIs.
• Lead test automation strategy across onboarding, multi‑currency accounts, payment initiation, KYB verification and settlement.
• Balance manual and automated testing, write test cases, and develop automation using Playwright or equivalent frameworks.
• Own CI/CD quality signals, triage flaky tests, monitor test infrastructure health and investigate production incidents.
• Conduct test‑architecture design reviews, set quality direction and mentor mid‑level QA engineers.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to generate tests and improve the test estate.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of experience building production‑grade test automation and end‑to‑end testing.
• Strong background in test framework design, system design and test architecture.
• Experience working with ERP integrations and financial/payment systems.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, product and compliance teams.

Required skills

• JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or C# for test automation.
• Playwright or comparable UI automation framework.
• SQL and relational databases.
• CI/CD pipelines and release gating concepts.
• AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) for test generation.
