SEO & Paid Advertising Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Paid Advertising Specialist to own our search engine visibility and manage profitable paid campaigns. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating leads, improving organic rankings, and optimizing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and on‑page SEO elements.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Track performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI using analytics tools.
• Create and test ad copy, audience segments, and landing page variations.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering measurable SEO results.
• Strong background managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on‑page SEO, and link‑building.
• Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
