Technical Project Manager – Smart Productivity Hardware

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to turn ideas and requirements into clear plans and actionable tasks, ensuring smooth execution across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Organize sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Translate product requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across project participants.
• Maintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations, running regular team syncs.
• Support requirement changes by assessing impact on scope, timelines, and delivery.
• Manage operational matters involving vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and other external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and escalate issues that could affect timelines, quality, or outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Operations Manager in a technology product company.
• Hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing sprint execution.
• Proven ability to own projects from initial scoping through release.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident in running meetings and driving decisions.
• Upper‑Intermediate English or higher, able to collaborate with international teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and willing to resolve organizational and delivery challenges.
