About the role
WeTravel is seeking an experienced Account Management Team Lead to join our fast‑growing SaaS platform for travel businesses. Based in Santiago, you will manage a portfolio of strategic clients while leading a small team of LATAM Account Managers, helping travel entrepreneurs succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Own a focused portfolio of larger clients and drive year‑over‑year Net Gross Payment Revenue growth of 120%+.
- Lead, mentor, and develop up to four Account Managers through regular 1:1s, career coaching, and performance reviews.
- Act as the primary escalation point for internal teams and external clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, and support teams; lead product trainings and AM meetings.
- Generate and analyse reports on team performance, account metrics and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
Required profile
- 2‑3+ years of experience in an Account Management lead or managerial role with a proven record of meeting targets.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and a genuine interest in developing team members.
- Solid project‑management experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
