Account Management Team Lead (Santiago, Chile)

About the role

WeTravel is seeking an experienced Account Management Team Lead to join our fast‑growing SaaS platform for travel businesses. Based in Santiago, you will manage a portfolio of strategic clients while leading a small team of LATAM Account Managers, helping travel entrepreneurs succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Own a focused portfolio of larger clients and drive year‑over‑year Net Gross Payment Revenue growth of 120%+.
• Lead, mentor, and develop up to four Account Managers through regular 1:1s, career coaching, and performance reviews.
• Act as the primary escalation point for internal teams and external clients, ensuring exceptional service.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, and support teams; lead product trainings and AM meetings.
• Generate and analyse reports on team performance, account metrics and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in an Account Management lead or managerial role with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and a genuine interest in developing team members.
• Solid project‑management experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
