About the role
GeologicAI is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with strategic mining clients that operate across multiple jurisdictions. You will act as the senior point of contact, driving deeper client engagement, expanding the portfolio of services, and ensuring client success from exploration through production.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within mining companies.
- Understand clients’ business, technical, and commercial needs to deliver tailored, proactive solutions.
- Communicate corporate objectives, industry trends, and strategic opportunities with transparency.
- Leverage in‑depth knowledge of GeologicAI’s products, services, and technical capabilities to align solutions with site‑specific goals.
- Coordinate internal technical expertise to manage client conversations and drive value‑selling.
- Provide input on product development, use‑case identification, and technology adoption based on client feedback.
- Collaborate with senior executives and the commercial team to negotiate and monitor commercial terms.
Required profile
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and act as a senior point of contact.
- Deep understanding of mining operations, from exploration to production.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with project managers, technical teams, and senior leadership.
