Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant – On‑site Property Assessments

About the role

We are looking for motivated Home Consultants to support Airbnb’s Luxe program in Santiago. You will perform on‑site assessments of luxury homes, document their condition, capture high‑quality photos and deliver detailed evaluation reports that help maintain the brand’s high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person property evaluations and home consultations.
• Capture high‑resolution photos and record detailed condition notes.
• Complete structured assessment reports using provided templates and guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with hosts and coordinate scheduling through MediaBox and email.
• Submit reports promptly after each visit.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation to travel within a 1‑hour radius of Santiago.
• Own a smartphone or tablet capable of uploading photos and reports.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfortable using internet‑based tools and a stable connection.
• Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate or related fields is a plus.

What we offer

• Per‑assignment compensation (average $40‑$52 for a 1‑bedroom property, plus $5 per additional bedroom up to eight).
• Travel allowance ranging from $5 to $92 depending on distance from the assigned zone.
