About the role
Apply Digital is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead client squads within its Managed Services practice. You will be the senior point of contact for client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, accountability, and strategic escalation support across North America and EMEA.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the senior delivery liaison for client stakeholders, handling account‑level escalations and expectations.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and translate delivery performance into business impact narratives.
- Run NPS cycles, synthesize feedback, and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Negotiate scope changes and change orders, balancing client needs with margin integrity.
- Serve as the first escalation point for the Account Leadership Team, resolving blockers and making high‑impact decisions.
- Oversee delivery health across squads, set performance standards, and collaborate with MgS leadership.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in delivery or managed services within a technology‑focused environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage client expectations at an executive level.
- Excellent leadership presence with a track record of building trusted advisor relationships.
- Comfort operating across multiple time zones (Pacific or Eastern) and collaborating with remote teams.
