Equity Research Internship – Drive the Future Program

About the role

Join the Southern Cone and Andean equity research team at J.P. Morgan as an intern. You will help shape the strategic view of equity markets across Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru, combining top‑down market analysis with bottom‑up stock research.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in defining the strategic outlook for the covered equity markets.
• Generate discussion and debate on market trends from a top‑down perspective.
• Conduct bottom‑up analysis of individual stocks and assess investment opportunities.
• Support relationship management with institutional clients.
• Contribute to company valuation assessments and investment recommendations.

Required profile

• Graduate student in Industrial or Commercial Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Full‑time availability to work onsite in Chile.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical abilities and a solid understanding of company valuation.
• Commercial acumen to assist client interactions.
