Full-time Nanny – Santiago Province

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site nanny position is based in the Santiago Province. You will provide attentive, age‑appropriate care for children, creating a safe and nurturing environment while supporting their daily routines and developmental milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and nap schedules.
• Plan and lead educational and recreational activities appropriate to the children’s ages.
• Prepare healthy, child‑friendly meals and snacks, respecting allergies and dietary preferences.
• Coordinate transportation to activities and communicate schedules with parents or guardians.
• Observe and report any behavioral or developmental changes.
• Maintain orderly children’s spaces and manage their belongings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in babysitting or childcare with a strong focus on safety and emotional well‑being.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to build confidence with both children and caregivers.
• Flexibility to work full‑time on‑site, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Clean background check and verifiable references from previous caregiving roles.
• Relevant certifications such as First Aid/CPR or early childhood education are highly beneficial.
