Head of Commercial & Marketing

About the role

Solo Expediciones, a Patagonian tourism holding with more than 40 years of experience, is seeking a Head of Commercial & Marketing. You will co‑lead the commercial growth of the six business units, shaping strategy, building the team and driving momentum across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead the commercial and marketing strategy together with General Management.
• Drive revenue growth across B2B trade partners (operators, agencies) and B2C digital channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with international travel trade partners and represent the holding at global fairs.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, paid media, CRM and website conversion.
• Define pricing and revenue‑management strategies for the portfolio.
• Build and structure a commercial team, establishing roles, processes and culture from the ground up.

Required profile

• Experience in niche, experiential or nature‑based tourism (boutique hotels, adventure operators, expedition travel, etc.).
• Strong background in both B2B trade sales and B2C digital marketing.
• Advanced English (C1/B2+); first interview conducted in English.
• Willingness to travel periodically to Magallanes.
• Builder’s mindset: comfortable creating processes from scratch and navigating ambiguity.
