High School Learning Facilitator

About the role

The International School Nido de Aguilas is seeking a High School Learning Facilitator for the 2026‑2027 academic year. This full‑time position supports high‑school students throughout the school day, fostering a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the arrival and departure of students each day.
• Facilitate 3‑4 classroom sessions, flex periods and lunch activities according to the high‑school schedule.
• Model and monitor campus safety and health guidelines.
• Deliver class content under the direction of the primary teacher.
• Collaborate with teachers to enhance the teaching and learning process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; teacher certification is preferred.
• Entry‑level candidate with a high level of English proficiency.
• Genuine enjoyment of working with high‑school aged students.
• Understanding and appreciation of multicultural contexts.
