Missions principales

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding, active employment support, and professional offboarding processes.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy and maintain rigorous documentation compliance.
• Maintain, optimize, and improve HR systems and operational processes to drive efficiency.
• Provide daily operational support to a diverse, distributed workforce across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational scalability.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience of 3+ years in HR operations, ideally managing diverse employment models within the EMEA region.
• Strong sense of autonomy and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
