HubSpot CRM Strategist (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

You will join a consultancy that delivers high‑impact CRM solutions through the HubSpot ecosystem. Working remotely, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, guiding them across marketing, sales, customer success and operations to optimise the full customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale HubSpot implementation projects aligned with client business goals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Design and deliver comprehensive CRM and customer‑lifecycle strategies.
• Configure and optimise HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data Hubs and HubSpot AI.
• Analyse existing processes, define future‑state workflows and recommend operational improvements.
• Develop reporting frameworks to track progress toward client objectives.
• Support integrations with native or third‑party solutions and ensure data governance best practices.
• Train clients and internal teams on customised HubSpot environments.
• Mentor CRM Specialists and collaborate cross‑functionally to align solutions with broader business objectives.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, scope and billing rate targets.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing experience with senior‑level advisory responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in HubSpot implementations and configuration.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑department projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Leadership experience guiding specialists and cross‑functional teams.
