In-house Clinical Research Associate Internship

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience within the Clinical Operations department, supporting the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials. It is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to develop practical skills in clinical research, trial management, and data‑driven analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining trial documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Support communication and coordination with trial sites, including enrollment tracking and visit scheduling.
• Perform data entry, tracking, quality‑control activities, and assist with statistical programming tasks like data cleaning and validation.
• Help prepare regulatory submission materials and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines.
• Contribute to the development and testing of data‑management tools and electronic data capture systems.
• Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings relevant to ongoing studies.
• Provide administrative support and assist with audit or inspection readiness activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in life sciences, public health, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and detail‑oriented work habits.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work collaboratively.

Required skills
