Learning Experience Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Experience Partner to design, manage and report onboarding programs within our learning management system. The role blends strategic consulting with hands‑on development, using modern authoring and AI tools to create scalable learning experiences for a global, remote workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor onboarding operations hosted in our LMS.
• Maintain and evolve the full learning technology stack, including LMS/LXP and AI‑Studio.
• Create, update and curate high‑quality learning content using modern authoring tools.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, manage timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze usage data, measure program effectiveness and report business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning, talent development or related people‑facing roles.
• Proven track record of operating and measuring onboarding programs.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS/LXP administration and instructional design.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
