Luxury Butler – Personalized Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a professional Butler to deliver bespoke, high‑touch service to ultra‑luxury guests. The successful candidate will manage guest suites, anticipate preferences, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality in a premium environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guest suites according to individual preferences and company standards.
• Provide in‑suite services such as dining, amenities, housekeeping support, laundry, packing/unpacking, shoeshine, and special requests.
• Coordinate reservations for restaurants, spas, shore excursions, and private tours.
• Maintain accurate guest history records and communicate with supervisors and other departments for seamless service recovery.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, inventory control, and public‑health compliance in suites and assigned areas.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of Butler or guest‑facing service experience in a luxury setting.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) and conversational proficiency in at least one additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).
• Professional Butler or luxury service certification (e.g., International Butler Academy).
• Strong emotional intelligence, resourceful thinking, and knowledge of conflict resolution.
• Deep understanding of VIP, celebrity, and high‑net‑worth guest expectations.

Required skills

• Mastery of formal dining etiquette, silver service, and in‑suite fine‑dining presentation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ultra‑luxury hospitality standards and bespoke guest service delivery.
• Ability to manage reservations, inventory, and guest history records efficiently.
• Proficiency in coordinating with multiple hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
