Medical Science Liaison – Fertility & Endocrinology

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specialized in Fertility and Endocrinology to join our global healthcare team. You will act as a scientific bridge between our company and external experts, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations while supporting product promotion and medical education.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
• Provide medical expert advice to support product promotion and safety.
• Develop and maintain up‑to‑date medical product information.
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and train local teams on medical topics.
• Lead Medical Affairs field activities in the assigned territory according to launch strategies.
• Gather and communicate scientific insights from external experts to inform internal strategy.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the therapeutic area, including disease states, research advances, and investigational therapies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, drug safety, and medical affairs.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to established procedures.
• Excellent scientific communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of delivering high‑quality work.
