About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Orthopaedics Sales Representative to drive growth of its MedTech portfolio in the Santiago region. The role focuses on selling MD&D products to specialty accounts, building relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, and expanding market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and market‑share objectives for orthopaedic products within the assigned territory.
• Plan and conduct pre‑scheduled sales presentations and product demonstrations for physicians.
• Develop and deliver customer‑focused presentation packages and professional education activities.
• Maintain regular visits to customer locations to gather order information and market insights.
• Manage contract and tender processes, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Coordinate with logistics to guarantee product availability.
• Execute national, regional and local promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives in a medical‑device or related environment.
• Experience interacting with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
