Property Management Account Manager

About the role

This fully remote position is for an experienced property management professional who will own a diverse portfolio of residential units in Chile. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, tenants, and internal teams, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while driving portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client and tenant communications, responding promptly and professionally.
• Oversee daily operations of an assigned portfolio, maintaining high service standards.
• Manage a portfolio ranging from 70 to 350 units, with an initial target of around 100 units and the potential to scale.
• Coordinate workflows and supervise Virtual Assistants, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Identify and resolve complex operational issues that fall outside standard procedures.
• De‑escalate conflicts with clients and tenants while preserving positive relationships.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management roles such as Leasing Agent, Property Management Assistant, or Property Manager.
• Proven ability to oversee daily property operations and manage remote teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience supervising Virtual Assistants or other remote staff.
• Excellent critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
