About the role
Puulse Marketing is seeking energetic individuals to join as Business Development Representatives. Working remotely on EST hours, you will be the first point of contact with prospects, introducing our services and setting up qualified appointments for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls using a power‑dialer system.
- Engage potential clients, introduce Puulse Marketing’s services, and qualify leads.
- Book appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- Confidence speaking on the phone and handling objections.
- Self‑motivation and a results‑driven mindset.
- Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Computer or laptop with up‑to‑date software and a quality headset.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with power‑dialer tools.
