Senior SAP Basis Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Basis Administrator to own the design, management, and optimisation of our SAP technical landscape. You will ensure system stability, scalability and high performance while driving strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review and implement complex SAP system architectures, including upgrades, scaling and monitoring solutions for SAP HANA.
• Maintain multi‑tier HANA System Replication setups and ensure enterprise‑level high availability.
• Lead SAP Basis administration for SAP ERP, S/4HANA, BW, BusinessObjects and specialised systems such as SAP Bank Analyzer and BW HANA.
• Configure and optimise CTS+ transports, SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, ITSM, Technical Monitoring, Landscape Management) and SSO/SAML authentication.
• Collaborate with functional, ABAP and infrastructure teams to resolve high‑level technical issues and align SAP environments with business goals.
• Develop and validate disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience architecting and managing SAP systems and HANA databases.
• Strong background in SAP Basis administration across multiple SAP modules.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams.
