Short-Term Rental Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee our expanding portfolio of vacation rentals. The role focuses on delivering seamless guest experiences while optimizing property performance across major booking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Handle guest communications from initial inquiry through checkout and post‑stay reviews.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnover services between bookings.
• Optimize listings, pricing strategies, and occupancy rates to maximize revenue.
• Monitor property performance, generate reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in short‑term rental or property management.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable multitasking and working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills.
