Site Care Partner I or II – Clinical Research Support

About the role

The Site Care Partner (SCP) is the primary client liaison for investigative sites in Chile, responsible for guiding sites through study start‑up, activation, and ongoing operational success. This role is ideal for experienced Senior CRAs looking to expand their impact across the full study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather intelligence on site performance and provide input for site recommendations and country outreach.
• Support Study Operations Managers and Global Study Managers with import/export requirements for investigational products and supplies.
• Lead site start‑up activities, including Pre‑Trial Assessment, informed consent document finalisation, and Site Initiation Visits.
• Ensure all activation checklist items are completed, coordinate training, and prepare sites for First Subject First Visit.
• Build and maintain strong investigator relationships, oversee operational readiness, and address escalated site issues such as contracts and payments.
• Collaborate with site monitors to guarantee monitoring readiness and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Clinical Research Associate or similar role.
• Strong understanding of site start‑up processes, regulatory documentation, and investigational product handling.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with global study teams.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
