Technical Project Manager – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead delivery of Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services solutions, coordinating cross‑functional teams across engineering, product and business functions. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within scope and deliver expected business value for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery outcomes for multiple projects within a portfolio.
• Define and communicate project scope, timelines, stakeholder roles and responsibilities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks proactively to protect schedules and quality.
• Coordinate engineering, product and business teams to align on priorities and deliverables.
• Drive client outcomes through strong delivery leadership and continuous improvement.
• Coach and empower high‑performing project teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex software delivery projects.
• Strong ability to balance scope, stakeholder expectations, risk and value realization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of delivering results in a consulting or professional services environment.
