About the role

Mastercard’s Launch Program is an 18‑month, full‑time graduate experience designed for early‑career talent. Based in Santiago, the program combines on‑the‑job learning with cross‑functional assignments across product, project and account management streams.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through a business unit to gain hands‑on experience in product development, market delivery or account management.
• Contribute to real‑world projects that drive business results and improve digital payment solutions.
• Participate in networking sessions, leadership speaker series and volunteer activities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to solve analytical and operational challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation between August 2025 and December 2026.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and the local language.
