Account Manager – Strategic Client Relationships

About the role

SoftwareOne is seeking an Account Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships with key clients in Santiago. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving account growth, cross‑selling and upselling while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with key clients.
• Lead the commercial relationship for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client experience and execution.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and develop account growth strategies.
• Drive revenue through cross‑selling and up‑selling of tailored solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM data to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver business growth and strengthen the company’s value proposition.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic account management, business development and high‑level negotiations.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working in global, cross‑functional environments.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of cloud, software and digital technology solutions.
• Strong consultative and strategic mindset.
